Single row cylindrical roller bearings
- N, NJ, NU, and NUP

Single row angular contact ball bearings
- are used primarily as thrust bearings, mounted singly or in tandem (in a tandem arrangement, they can accommodate high thrust loads)
- suitable for radial loads and high thrust loads in one direction
- also available with an FP cage for pumps used to pump ammonia (pumps)
- type “B“ with a 40° contact angle can accommodate higher thrust loads (pumps)

Spherical roller bearings
- are used in pumps that are subjected to great stress, involving increased shaft deflections and misalignments
- can accommodate radial and thrust loads at the same time
- suitable for very high loads
- self-aligning (up to 2°)
- are dimensionally stabilized up to an operating temperature of 200°C
Tapered roller bearings
- high thrust and radial loads
- accurate radial guidance due to a narrow axial clearance
Deep groove ball bearings
- are used primarily as floating bearings, less frequently as locating bearings
- suitable for high speeds
- also available with seals
- grease-lubricated deep groove ball bearings are suitable for high n x dm values
- depending on the specific application, for-life lubrication is possible, i.e. no relubrication is required
Four point bearings
- are used in compressors primarily as thrust bearings, no accommodation of radial loads
- can accommodate high thrust loads in both directions as well as low radial loads
- thanks to their split inner ring, they incorporate a large complement of balls, resulting in a higher load carrying capacity
- thanks to their split inner ring: a machined cage makes them suitable for high speeds
- accurate axial guidance due to a narrow axial clearance
- compact bearings – no separate retainer bearing required
