available for linear recirculating roller- and ball bearing and guideway assemblies
are used for drives which require an additional braking or locking element
save expensive and time-consuming work on preparing dedicated braking systems
can also be used as an emergency braking system
have a high static retaining force (e.g. for BKE TSX 35, about 3 000 N)
have a reaction time of <30 ms at full breaking force
have breaking plates set for clearance-free contact
are particularly suitable for linear motors in any mounting position
